The family of the late William James (Jimmy) Parkhill, 33 Barnish Road, Randalstown wish to express their heartfelt and sincere gratitude to all their friends and family who supported them on their very sad loss of a dear husband, father, grandfather, father-in-law and friend to so many.  To all those who sent cards, messages, visited his home and attended his funeral, your kindness was deeply appreciated and was a great comfort at such a difficult time.  Special thanks to Willie Logan who provided great prayerful support to the family and for conducting the Memorial Service of Celebration of Jimmy’s life and to Randalstown Rugby Club who very kindly provided the catering afterwards.  Thanks also to James Henry Funeral Services for their professionalism in carrying out the funeral arrangements and to all those who helped at the funeral, we are most grateful.  We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our thanks and appreciation. 

Parkhill William James (Jimmy) 22nd August 2024, peacefully, at his home, surround by his loving family, 33 Barnish Road, Randalstown. 

Much loved husband of Jennifer, loving father of Shauna and Clare, father-in-law of Andrew and Lee, devoted grandfather of Seth, Farrah, Sloane, Lizzy and Will and a dear brother of Isobel, Ann, Robert (Herbie) and Angela. 

Funeral service in O.C. Presbyterian Church, Randalstown on Monday 26th August at 11.30am, interment afterwards at adjoining burying ground. 

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, may be sent to James Henry Funeral Services 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE for Marie Curie. 

Family and friends welcome to call at his home on Saturday 24th August from 12 noon. 

Lovingly remembered and sadly missed.
