Foster Samuel (Sammy) 28th August 2024, peacefully at Antrim Area Hospital, after a short illness, late of 262 Doury Road, Ballymena BT43 6TU. 

Devoted husband of Angela, beloved father of Nial and Aaron, much loved father-in-law of Kathryn, loving grandfather of baby Samuel James and dear brother of Sandra, Mervyn, Linda and the late Marlene and Beatrice. 

After a private family interment, a Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Sammy will be held in Wellington Presbyterian Church on Sunday 1st September at 2.30pm. 

Family and friends are welcome to call at his late home on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st August from 2pm to 9pm.

Von, Rhonda and Christopher wish to thank all those who called at our home, sent cards, rang and brought food at our recent bereavement.  Special thanks to Cannon Mark McConnell and Pastor Trevor Gillander for conducting the funeral service and visiting daddy during his illness.  Thanks also to the caretaker, organist and ladies who provided the tea.  We will never be able to thank enough the staff of A6, Antrim Area Hospital for the outstanding treatment that daddy received.  Thanks also to the Microbiology Unit for their care given to daddy.  Thanks to Dr Brown, Dr Donalson and all the staff at Smithfield Medical Centre.  Heartfelt thanks to everyone for their support, prayers and kindness at this sad time.

Balmer Thompson (Tosh) 25th August 2024 (peacefully) at hospital in his 90th year, late of 2 Brookfield Gardens Ahoghill.  Much loved husband of the late Doreen, loving father of Karen and Gail, father-in-law in law of David and Ryan, devoted grandfather of Gareth, wife Laura and the late Steven and great grandfather of Rebecca, Scott and Dylan.

The family of the late William James (Jimmy) Parkhill, 33 Barnish Road, Randalstown wish to express their heartfelt and sincere gratitude to all their friends and family who supported them on their very sad loss of a dear husband, father, grandfather, father-in-law and friend to so many.  To all those who sent cards, messages, visited his home and attended his funeral, your kindness was deeply appreciated and was a great comfort at such a difficult time.  Special thanks to Willie Logan who provided great prayerful support to the family and for conducting the Memorial Service of Celebration of Jimmy’s life and to Randalstown Rugby Club who very kindly provided the catering afterwards.  Thanks also to James Henry Funeral Services for their professionalism in carrying out the funeral arrangements and to all those who helped at the funeral, we are most grateful.  We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our thanks and appreciation.

McCloy Albie Harry Jack 22nd August 2024, peacefully at hospital, surrounded by his loving family, aged 3 years old. 

Treasured son of Karen and Johnny, 6 Buick Gate, Cullybackey, much loved brother of Sloan and Lilah, precious grandson of Billy and Carole (Sloan) and John and Nathena McCloy. 

After a private interment, a Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Albie will be held in High Kirk Presbyterian Church on Saturday 24th August at 1pm.
