The wife and family circle of the late Victor Mahon wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all the friends and neighbours in Moorfields, Ballymena, Hillsborough, Newtownards and Ballyeaston. To those who called at the home, brought gifts, sent cards, telephoned, attended the funeral, gave donations or helped in any other way.

Thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Maine Medical Centre, Cullybackey for their care and support over many years. Special thanks to the Rev Daniel Kane for conducting the funeral service and for unfailing prayerful support along with the deaconess, ministry team and extended church family.

Thanks also to the committee and session of West Church. Thanks to the Rev E. McDowell of 1st Ballyeaston Presbyterian Church for his attendance at Moorfields and prayerful support. To the ladies of West Church catering group who provided refreshments. Thanks to James Henry Funeral Services for the very professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Joan Mahon and the extended family circle.

Mahon Victor Gerald, 20th February 2025, suddenly at his home, 2 Wellbourne Grove, Moorefields, Ballymena. 

Much loved husband of Joan loving brother of Hilda and James, dear brother-in-law of Jim (Law), Judy, Edith (Hyndman), Robert (Hill) and Lily (Hill), a beloved uncle and great uncle. 

After a private interment, a service of thanksgiving for the life of Victor will be held in West Presbyterian Church Ballymena on Monday 24th February at 2 pm. 

House private, family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, may be sent to James Henry Funeral Services, 100 Broughshane Street, Ballymena BT43 6EE for N.I. Cheat, Heart and Stroke. 

Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife and family circle.
